​You bring us your patterns in paper, or samples, and Exacta Garment will transfer them digitally employing the Gerber Accumark computer aided design - AutoCAD - software technology, assuring accuracy and consistency through multiple checkpoints for quality. In addition we can verify your patterns to make sure they are optimized for high volume production. 

We can convert all your Gerber CAD, Lectra DXF CAD, Tukatech DXF CAD, Pad DXF CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe EPS, Optitex DXF CAD, DWG DFX CAD, Ivestronica DXF CAD,  Polypattern DXF CAD, and PDF patterns to any of the formats in the picture below. 

​Those files can be converted into various file formats for your manufacturing. 
​We can receive and send AutoCAD DFX files electronically, via email, uploaded to a web site, FTP, or convert to and from other file formats for sample making, and for production. Our experienced team can perform multiple quality control steps for garments with the right fit every time. We also archive files for future use. This expedites your future production.
