You can bring your garment for us to make you a pattern, and digitize it. You can also bring us your patterns in paper and Exacta Cutting will transfer them digitally employing the Gerber Accumark computer aided design - AutoCAD - software technology, assuring accuracy and consistency through multiple checkpoints for quality. Once digitized, your patterns can be graded, markers can be made, and your fabric is cut. Our services include oak tag pattern digitizing, grading and marking workstations which provide capacity for high volume work and rapid turnaround. In addition we can verify your patterns to make sure they are optimized for high volume production.
Alternatively, those files can be sent electronically, via email, uploaded to a web site, FTP, or convert to and from other file formats for sample making, and for production. Our experienced team can perform multiple quality control steps for garments with the right fit every time. We also archive files for future use. This expedites your future production.
